Abstract

A water outlet structure and a water outlet device are disclosed. The water outlet device includes a water outlet body and a water outlet structure, where the water outlet structure is rotatably connected to a water outlet end of the water outlet body. The water outlet structure includes a first water passing member, a second water passing member, and an elastic member, where the first water passing member is provided with at least one first through hole; the second water passing member is provided with at least one second through hole; a water passing cavity is formed between the first water passing member and the second water passing member, and the elastic member is arranged within the water passing cavity; and a variable water passing gap is formed between the elastic member and at least one of the first through hole and the second through hole.
