A microfluidic device and a microfluidic detection apparatus, wherein the microfluidic device comprises a main body and a flow channel switching assembly; the main body is provided with multiple flow channels; the flow channel switching assembly is rotatably connected to the main body; the flow channel switching assembly is provided with liquid passing grooves; and the flow channel switching assembly is configured to be rotatable relative to the main body to adjust the position of the liquid passing groove, so that at least two of the multiple flow channels are in communication through the liquid passing groove. The microfluidic detection apparatus comprises a sensing device and the microfluidic device.
