Abstract
The present invention discloses the application of O6-Methyl-2-deoxyguanosine-5-triphosphate (O6-Methyl-dGTP) in the preparation of drugs for the prevention, treatment and/or control of tumours. O6-Methyl-dGTP significantly inhibits tumour proliferation and promotes apoptosis, providing a novel drug candidate for tumour prevention and treatment. Animal experiments confirmed its inhibitory effect on tumours, showing strong industrial applicability as well as significant commercial and social value.

A method of treating, preventing, and/or controlling tumors in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of O6-Methyl-2-deoxyguanosine-5′-triphosphate (O6-Methyl-dGTP).
A drug for the treatment, prevention and/or control of tumors, characterized in that it:
- contains O6-Methyl-2-deoxyguanosine-5-triphosphate (O6-Methyl-dGTP).
A method of treating, preventing and/or controlling a tumor, the method comprising administering to a mammal a therapeutically effective amount of O6-methyl-2-deoxyguanosine-5-triphosphate (O6-Methyl-dGTP).
