Abstract
The present invention provides a method for obtaining an extract of plant origin by in vitro culture from a line of undifferentiated or dedifferentiated plant cells, comprising the addition of at least one aglycone flavonoid to the culture medium. The extract obtained contains a set of secondary metabolites of interest. It can be used advantageously for non-therapeutic cosmetic treatment of the skin and appendages.
Claims30
Method for obtaining an extract of plant origin by in vitro plant culture, comprising, from a line of undifferentiated or dedifferentiated plant cells, the following steps successively:
- a pre-culture step, intended to amplify the biomass of said plant cells;
- a culture step of the biomass in a bioreactor comprising at least one proliferation phase, and
- a treatment step of the harvested biomass to produce said extract comprising secondary metabolites of interest,
- wherein at the culture step in the bioreactor at least one aglycone flavonoid is added to the culture medium.
