An apparatus for normobaric oxygen therapy comprising a treatment chamber provided with a first half-shell closable on a second half-shell defining an opening for engagement with a portion of a limb, means for delivering oxygen into the chamber, wherein the means of introduction consists of a diffusion device comprising a plurality of channels provided with ends for delivering oxygen into the chamber so as to rapidly reach saturation.
