The disclosure concerns a tendon-driven wearable orthosis configured to be worn by a user, wherein the tendon-driven wearable orthosis is configured to assist a movement of at least one joint of the user, comprising: an adapter unit connectable, via at least one tendon, to at least one end effector, wherein the adapter unit is releasably connectable to a motor unit, wherein the motor unit is configured to operate the adapter unit to exert a pulling force on the at least one tendon to assist the movement of the at least one joint, wherein the adapter unit comprises at least one tensioning device configured to adjustably control a length of the at least one tendon between the adapter unit and the at least one end effector. Furthermore, a method for calibrating a tendon-driven wearable orthosis configured to be worn by a user is disclosed.
A tendon-driven wearable orthosis configured to be worn by a user, wherein the tendon-driven wearable orthosis is configured to assist a movement of at least one joint of the user, comprising:
A method (400) for calibrating a tendon-driven wearable orthosis configured to be worn by a user, wherein the tendon-driven wearable orthosis is configured to assist a movement of at least one joint of the user, wherein the tendon-driven wearable orthosis comprises an adapter unit (1, 1A, 1B) connectable, via at least one tendon (60), to at least one end effector (70), the method comprising:
