Disclosed is a nursing machine, including an excrement collection assembly for being worn on a human body to receive a human excrement and a negative pressure source configured for suctioning the human excrement. The excrement collection assembly includes an air cushion for contact with the human body. The nursing machine further includes at least one control chip, an air pipeline, an air pump configured for inflating the air cushion, an air pressure sensor configured for monitoring air pressure, and a relief valve configured for relieving pressure. The air pump inflates the air cushion through the air pipeline. The air pressure sensor is configured for directly or indirectly monitoring an air pressure in the air cushion. The relief valve is configured for directly or indirectly relieving a pressure in the air cushion. The air pump and the relief valve are controlled by the at least one control chip.
