Medical device for the realization of ileostomies and/or jejunostomies

A medical device for realization of ileostomies and/or jejunostomies, the medical device comprising:

• at least one tubular element comprising at least one passage channel provided with a plurality of inlet openings of feces, insertable within the intestine of a patient, and with at least one outlet opening of feces, positionable outside the intestine, wherein said tubular element comprises at least a first section, on which said inlet openings are defined, and at least a second section, on which said outlet opening is defined;
• obstructing means of at least one zone of the intestine associated with said tubular element, insertable within the intestine-and movable between a narrowed configuration and an enlarged configuration to allow the insertion thereof within the intestine and to prevent passage of feces through said zone respectively, said obstructing means being located between said first section and said second section;
• and
• at least one sheath member associated with said tubular element, arranged in abutment against said obstructing means and adapted to counteract the relevant sliding between said obstructing means and said tubular element.
