Implants, instruments, and methods of use for ankle arthroplasty procedures

An ankle arthroplasty implant, comprising:

• a body comprising an at least partially porous lattice structure extending through at least a portion of the body, the body further comprising:
• a top surface opposite a bottom surface;
• a lateral surface opposite a medial surface;
• and
• a front end opposite a rear end;
• and
• an extension extending upward from a central portion of the top surface of the body, wherein the extension comprises:
• a shaft portion integral with the body and comprising a substantially cylindrical geometry;
• a top portion positioned at and integral with a terminal end of the shaft portion, wherein the top portion comprises a rounded geometry along at least a portion of an outer surface thereof;
• and
• a base portion extending upward from and integral with the body of the implant, wherein the base portion extends around at least a portion of an outer surface of the shaft portion, wherein the base portion comprises an at least partially porous lattice structure through at least a portion of the base portion.

An ankle arthroplasty kit, comprising:

• a plurality of tibial implants;
• a plurality of poly bearing inserts for insertion into the plurality of tibial implants;
• a tibial alignment guide for coupling to at least one of the plurality of tibial implants;
• a drill guide;
• and
• a poly bearing insert inserter for use with at least one of the tibial implants.
