Abstract
A sleep stage classification device using radar signals according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes: a transceiver that transmits a radar signal toward a subject and receives a radar signal reflected from the subject; and a sleep stage information generation unit that generates sleep stage information of the subject by inputting the radar signal reflected from the subject into a sleep stage classification model. The sleep stage classification model includes: a preprocessing unit that preprocesses the input radar signal; and a sleep stage classification unit that classifies sleep stages of the subject based on the preprocessed radar signal.
Claims19
A sleep stage classification device using radar signals, comprising:
- a transceiver configured to transmit a radar signal toward a subject and receive a radar signal reflected from the subject;
- and
- a sleep stage information generation unit configured to generate sleep stage information of the subject by inputting the radar signal reflected from the subject into a sleep stage classification model,
- wherein the sleep stage classification model includes:
- a preprocessing unit configured to preprocess the input radar signal;
- and
- a sleep stage classification unit configured to classify a sleep stage of the subject based on the preprocessed radar signal.
A sleep stage classification method that is performed by a sleep stage classification device using radar signals, comprising:
- transmitting a radar signal toward a subject;
- receiving a radar signal reflected from the subject;
- and
- generating sleep stage information of the subject by inputting the radar signal reflected from the subject into a sleep stage classification model,
- wherein the sleep stage classification model is configured to operate through a process of preprocessing the input radar signal and a process of classifying sleep stages based on the preprocessed radar signal.
