Abstract
Intraocular pressure (IOP) of an eye is determined by retrieving a first image data, analyzing the first image data using a trained deep neural network, and annotating the first image data with the analysis produced by the trained deep neural network.

A method of determining an intraocular pressure (IOP) of an eye, the method comprising:
- a. obtaining or receiving a first image of at least two markers embedded in the eye detected with a first detector and a second image of the at least two markers detected with a second detector, wherein an optical axis of the first detector is at an angle with respect to an optical axis of the second detector;
- and
- b. determining the TOP of the eye from a position of one or more of the at least two markers from the first image or the at least two markers from the second image.
A system for determining an intraocular pressure (IOP) of an eye, the system comprising:
- a. a detector optically coupled to an eye, wherein the detector is configured to detect a signal of at least two markers embedded in the eye;
- and
- b. one or more processors electrically coupled to the detector configured to process the signal of the two or more markers embedded in the eye and determine the TOP of the eye from a position of the two or more markers.
