Abstract
A polyester resin comprising diol constituent units and dicarboxylic acid constituent units, wherein 1 to 25 mol % of the total diol constituent units are diol constituent units (α) having a cyclic acetal backbone, and wherein 15 to 40 mol % of the total dicarboxylic acid constituent units are dicarboxylic acid constituent units (β) derived from isophthalic acid.

A polyester resin comprising diol constituent units and dicarboxylic acid constituent units, wherein
- 1 to 25 mol % of the total diol constituent units are diol constituent units (α) having a cyclic acetal backbone, and
- 15 to 40 mol % of the total dicarboxylic acid constituent units are dicarboxylic acid constituent units (β) derived from isophthalic acid.
