Abstract
Provided is a method for producing a reconstituted pressure-formed tobacco sheet. The production method has: a first step for introducing a first liquid raw material into a mixer; a second step for putting, into the mixer, a powdery raw material including at least tobacco and mixing the same with the first liquid raw material, after the first step; and a forming step for forming the raw material mixed in the second step into a pressure-formed sheet.
Claims20
A method for producing a reconstituted pressure-molded tobacco sheet, comprising:
- introducing a first liquid raw material into a mixer, as a first process;
- mixing a powdered raw material comprising at least tobacco that is introduced into the mixer after the first process, with the first liquid raw material, as a second process;
- and
- molding mixed raw material that is mixed in the second process into a pressure-molded sheet, as a third process.
A method for producing a reconstituted pressure-molded tobacco sheet, comprising:
- mixing two or more powdered raw materials comprising at least tobacco in a mixer, as a first process;
- introducing a first liquid raw material into the mixer and mixing the two or more powdered raw materials and the first liquid raw material, as a second process;
- molding mixed raw material that is mixed in the second process into a pressure-molded sheet, as a third process.
A filler element used in a flavor inhaler, the filler element comprising:
- a piece of sheet produced by a first process, a second process and a third process,
- wherein the first process is introducing a first liquid raw material into a mixer,
- wherein the second process is mixing a powdered raw material comprising at least tobacco that is introduced into the mixer after the first process, with the first liquid raw material, and
