Abstract
A packaged beverage is provided. The beverage is filled in a container in which a redox potential is adjusted to 5.00 mV or less by using a hydrogen generating material. Provided also is a packaged grain beverage having an oxidation-reduction potential of 5.00 mV or less. Provided also is a packaged beer-taste beverage having an oxidation-reduction potential of 5.00 mV or less.

A packaged beverage in which a beverage is filled in a container,
- the packaged beverage having an oxidation-reduction potential adjusted to 5.00 mV or less with a hydrogen generating material.
A packaged grain beverage having an oxidation-reduction potential of 5.00 mV or less.
A packaged beer-taste beverage having an oxidation-reduction potential of 5.00 mV or less.
A method for producing a packaged beverage, the method comprising a step (A) of adjusting an oxidation-reduction potential of a beverage to 5.00 mV or less with a hydrogen generating material.
A method for suppressing deterioration of a packaged beverage, the method comprising adjusting an oxidation-reduction potential of a beverage to 5.00 mV or less with a hydrogen generating material.
A beverage filling container comprising a layer containing a hydrogen generating material and/or a member containing a hydrogen generating material.
