Abstract
A computer-implemented method and a system are provided for amending sent text-based messages. One example computer-implemented method includes obtaining, from a source, a text-based message and receiving, at a user device, an inquiry of a portion of the text-based message. The computer-implemented method further includes requesting, from a network, data based on the inquiry of the portion of the text-based message, amending at least the portion of the text-based message based on the data, and presenting the amended portion of the text-based message at the user device.
Claims21
(canceled)
A method comprising:
- receiving, at one or more servers, an electronic message;
- identifying one or more portions of the electronic message that are associated with an error;
- based on determining a type of the error, accessing a database associated with the one or more servers, using control circuitry, to identify data corresponding to a plurality of previous electronic messages comprising portions that are related to the type of the error;
- and
- based on the data, automatically performing one or more actions to amend the one or more portions of the electronic message.
A system comprising:
- a memory;
- a control circuitry;
- and
- an input/output (I/O) circuitry configured to:
- receive, at one or more servers, an electronic message, wherein the electronic message is stored in the memory;
- wherein the control circuitry is configured to:
- identify one or more portions of the electronic message that are associated with an error;
- based on determining a type of the error, access a database associated with the one or more servers, using control circuitry, to identify data corresponding to a plurality of previous electronic messages comprising portions that are related to the type of the error;
- and
- wherein the I/O circuitry is configured to:
- based on the data, automatically perform one or more actions to amend the one or more portions of the electronic message.
