Abstract
In an aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) is disclosed that includes obtaining a plurality of visual-based channel state information (vCSI) groups relating to an ambient environment of the UE; and determining an estimated position of the UE during a new radio (NR) positioning session based, at least in part, on at least one vCSI group of the plurality of vCSI groups.

A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- obtaining a plurality of visual-based channel state information (vCSI) groups relating to an ambient environment of the UE;
- and
- determining an estimated position of the UE during a new radio (NR) positioning session based, at least in part, on at least one vCSI group of the plurality of vCSI groups.

A user equipment (UE), comprising:
- a memory;
- at least one transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the at least one transceiver, the at least one processor configured to:
- obtain a plurality of visual-based channel state information (vCSI) groups relating to an ambient environment of the UE;
- and
- determine an estimated position of the UE during a new radio (NR) positioning session based, at least in part, on at least one vCSI group of the plurality of vCSI groups.
A user equipment (UE), comprising:
- a memory;
- at least one transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the at least one transceiver, the at least one processor configured to:
- obtain a plurality of visual-based channel state information (vCSI) groups relating to an ambient environment of the UE;
- and
- transmit, via the at least one transceiver, to a further UE that has subsequently entered or is about to subsequently enter the ambient environment after the UE, an indication of one or more recommended vCSI groups for use by the further UE.
