Highly compatible power controller

A highly compatible power controller, comprising:

• a signal identification element comprising a low-frequency signal identifier, wherein the low-frequency signal identifier comprises a comparator, a rising-edge trigger, a falling-edge trigger, a counting unit, and a latch;
• a switch driver;
• and
• a switch element;
• wherein the comparator is configured to receive a second input signal and to compare the second input signal with a first reference voltage to generate a comparison signal, wherein the rising-edge trigger and the falling-edge trigger are configured to receive the comparison signal, wherein the counting unit comprises a counting element and an OR gate, the OR gate is configured to generate a logic signal according to outputs of the rising-edge trigger and the falling-edge trigger, and the counting element is configured to generate a count output signal according to the logic signal, wherein the latch is configured to determine whether the second input signal is a direct-current signal or a power-frequency signal according to the logic signal and the count output signal so as to control the switch driver to control the switch element.
