Claims21
A system configured to extend the life of a machine, comprising:
- a plurality of fluid systems of the machine;
- a fluid service apparatus configured to be connected to each of the plurality of fluid systems of the machine, wherein the fluid service apparatus is configured to:
- perform a maintenance operation on the machine, wherein the maintenance operation comprises removing a first fluid from a first system of the plurality of fluid systems and introducing a second fluid into a second system of the plurality of fluid systems;
- and
- automatically document performance of the maintenance operation, wherein the documented performance of the maintenance operation certifies that the life of the machine has been extended via the performance of the maintenance operation.

A system configured to extend the life of a machine, comprising:
- a fluid service apparatus configured to be connected to a plurality of compartments of the machine, wherein the fluid service apparatus is configured to:
- perform a maintenance operation on the machine, wherein the maintenance operation comprises removing a first fluid from a first system of the plurality of compartments and introducing a second fluid into a second system of the plurality of compartments;
- and
- automatically document performance of the maintenance operation, wherein the documented performance of the maintenance operation certifies that the life of the machine has been extended via the performance of the maintenance operation.
1 more element
A method of verifying performance of a machine fluid service operation comprising:
- coupling a fluid service apparatus to a machine;
- removing, via the fluid service apparatus, operational fluid from a first compartment of the machine;
- introducing, via the fluid service apparatus, replacement fluid into a second compartment of the machine;
- automatically generating, via the fluid service apparatus, documentation verifying completion of the removal of the operational fluid and the introduction of the replacement fluid;
- and
- maintaining records of preventative maintenance actions performed on the machine, wherein the records comprise the documentation verifying completion of the removal of the operational fluid and the introduction of the replacement fluid, wherein including based on the generated documentation, and wherein the records certify that the life of the machine has been extended.
