An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a conductive base, a photosensitive layer provided on the conductive base, and a protective layer provided on the photosensitive layer. The protective layer is a cured body of a photocurable composition that includes a photocurable compound and a photopolymerization initiator. The photopolymerization initiator includes a first compound having an acylphosphine oxide structure and a second compound having an α-aminoacetophenone structure and an absorption coefficient at a wavelength 365 nm smaller than that of the first compound. A total content of the first compound and the second compound with respect to 100 parts by mass of the photocurable compound is 5 parts by mass or more and 20 parts by mass or less.
