Abstract
This display device includes a display body and at least one fastening mechanism for fixing the display body onto a wall. The fastening mechanism includes a first fastening member having a first threaded portion screw-fastened to the display body and from which a pair of first protrusion portions protrude, a second fastening member having a second threaded portion screw-fastened to the wall and from which a pair of second protrusion portions protrude, a fixer having a first connection portion, which has a first rib inserted between the pair of first protrusion portions, and a second connection portion, which has a second rib inserted between the pair of second protrusion portions.
Claims15
A wall mounter for a display device, the wall mounter comprising:
- a base plate configured to be fixed to a wall;
- a plurality of fastening holes formed in the base plate and configured to receive fastening members for fastening the base plate to the wall;
- and
- a first guide groove and a second guide groove formed in the base plate and spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction of the base plate,
- each of the first and second guide grooves being configured to guide a respective guide member provided on a display body of the display device,
- wherein each of the first and second guide grooves comprises:
- an upper guide groove portion extending from an upper region of the base plate toward a lower region of the base plate and being open at an upper end;
- and
- a lower guide groove portion communicating with the upper guide groove portion and extending from a lower end of the upper guide groove portion toward the lower region of the base plate, and
- wherein a second inclined direction of the lower guide groove portion of the first guide groove is opposite to a second inclined direction of the lower guide groove portion of the second guide groove.
A method of adjusting a tilt of a display body with respect to a wall mounter, the method comprising:
- engaging a first guide member and a second guide member provided on the display body with a first guide groove and a second guide groove formed in a base plate of the wall mounter, respectively;
- moving the display body downward relative to the wall mounter such that the first and second guide members are guided from respective upper guide groove portions of the first and second guide grooves into respective lower guide groove portions of the first and second guide grooves;
- and
- tilting the display body by a set angle in a clockwise direction or in a counterclockwise direction while the first and second guide members remain seated in the respective lower guide groove portions.
