Permanent downhole monitoring assurance surveillance system

A method, comprising:

• obtaining sensor data from a plurality of sensors disposed in a well;
• predicting, using a predictive equipment failure tool, a predicted future sensor failure for at least one sensor of the plurality of sensors based, at least in part, on the sensor data;
• and
• transmitting, using a data verification tool, a recommended action based on the predicted future sensor failure.

A system, comprising:

• a plurality of sensors disposed in a well, configured to obtain sensor data;
• a data validation tool, configured to:
• determine, using a first model of the data validation tool, a presence of a faulty sensor in the plurality of sensors based, at least in part, on the sensor data,
• determine, with a second model of the data validation tool, a predicted value of the faulty sensor based, at least in part, on a subset of the sensor data, and
• determine an operating state of the well based, at least in part, on the predicted value;
• and
• a data verification tool, configure to transmit a recommended action based on the operating state.
