Length adjustable railing panel with removable upright end rails

A length adapter system, comprising:

• a first length adapter and a second length adapter, each comprising:
• an end rail comprising a plurality of apertures;
• a first rail extender disposed at a first end of the end rail and a second rail extender disposed at a second end of the end rail;
• a first insertable portion disposed in a first opening of the first rail extender and a second insertable portion disposed in a second opening of the second rail extender;
• and
• a plurality of inserts welded to the end rail, wherein each insert of the plurality of inserts is disposed within an aperture of the plurality of apertures;
• wherein each insert of the plurality of inserts is sized and shaped to receive a slat.

A railing panel, comprising:

• a first rail having a first open end and a second open end;
• a second rail having a third open end and a fourth open end;
• and
• a plurality of slats disposed between a first length adapter and a second length adapter, wherein the first length adapter and the second length adapter each comprise:
• an end rail having a plurality of apertures;
• a first rail adapter comprising a first insertable portion disposed in the first open end;
• a second rail adapter comprising a second insertable portion received by the third open end;
• and
• a plurality of inserts, wherein each insert of the plurality of inserts couples a slat of the plurality of slats to an aperture of the plurality of apertures;
• wherein the first insertable portion comprises at least one fastener received through the first rail and the first insertable portion.
