Curb broom device and system

A system comprising:

• a utility apparatus for attachment to a vehicle having a forward direction of movement, the utility apparatus comprising:
• a frame configured for attachment to the vehicle such that the frame extends forwardly from the vehicle, the frame including:
• a frame attachment bracket;
• and
• a rail pivotally coupled to the frame attachment bracket such that the rail pivots with respect to the frame attachment bracket about a substantially vertical axis when the utility apparatus is attached to the vehicle for use;
• a support arm coupled to the rail, the rail and support arm extending transversely with respect to the forward direction of movement of the vehicle when the utility apparatus is attached to the vehicle for use, the support arm being movable along the rail in a direction lateral to the forward direction of movement;
• an implement mounted on the support arm to move with the support arm in the lateral direction to a position laterally offset from the vehicle when the utility apparatus is attached to the vehicle for use;
• and
• a roll axis orientation adjustment assembly configured to adjust a roll orientation of the implement about a roll axis with respect to the support arm, the roll axis being oriented substantially perpendicular to the substantially vertical axis of the frame.
