Abstract
The invention discloses a recombinant human albumin expression level improving method and cells and proteins, and it belongs to the field of biopharmaceutical technologies. While expressing recombinant human albumin, the invention weakens, damages or removes the functions of the endogenous genes of at least one encoding flocculating protein, and/or edits the endogenous genes or the heterologous genes to allow the over-expression of the superoxide dismutase; and/or edits the endogenous genes or the heterologous genes to allow the over expression of the E3 ubiquitin ligase.

A method for improving expression of recombinant human albumin, while host cells are expressing the recombinant human albumin, comprising following operations:
- weakening, damaging or removing functions of endogenous genes of at least one encoding flocculating protein;
- and/or, editing endogenous genes or heterologous genes to allow over-expression of superoxide dismutase;
- and/or, editing the endogenous genes or the heterologous genes to allow overexpression of E3 ubiquitin ligase.
