An antioxidant comprising a secretion of cyanobacteria.
A method for removing active oxygen, the method comprising:
- removing active oxygen with an antioxidant comprising a secretion of cyanobacteria.
A method for producing an antioxidant agent, the method comprising:
- causing a cyanobacterium to secrete a secretion to obtain a component having an antioxidant effect.
