Claims22
A non-naturally occurring polypeptide having a myeloperoxidase activity and a glucose oxidase activity.
The polypeptide according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the myeloperoxidase is a microbial myeloperoxidase, preferably a myeloperoxidase from Rhodopirellula baltica, or is a mammalian myeloperoxidase, preferably a myeloperoxidase from Homo sapiens.
The polypeptide according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the glucose oxidase is a microbial glucose oxidase enzyme, preferably a glucose oxidase from Penicillium amagasakiens.
The polypeptide according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the polypeptide is in the form of a functional oligomer, or a mixture of functional oligomers.
A nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide as defined in any one of the preceding claims.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
