An object of the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic elastomer having a low viscosity and excellent flowability that can reduce hue unevenness and can also reduce an environmental load when a biomass-derived softener is used, and a molded product thereof. A thermoplastic elastomer composition including components (A) to (D), wherein at least a portion of the composition is cross-linked: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polypropylene-based resin; (B) 40 to 80 parts by mass of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer including an ethylene unit and an α-olefin unit having 3 to 20 carbon atoms; (C) 80 to 200 parts by mass of a hydrogenated block copolymer, which is a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer having at least one block (c1) mainly including a conjugated diene monomer unit and at least one block (c2) mainly including a vinyl aromatic monomer unit; (D) 20 to 150 parts by mass of a softener with a paraffinic carbon atom content (% CP) of 80% or more and 100 or less, as measured according to ASTM D3238-85 or ASTM D2140.
A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising components (A) to (D) below, wherein at least a portion of the composition is cross-linked:
