Abstract
An acrylic rubber composition comprising particular amounts of a particular acrylic rubber (A), a polyamine-based cross-linking agent (B), and a cross-linking retarder (C), wherein the relation among cross-linking point equivalent [a], cross-linking agent amine equivalent [b], and cross-linking retarder amine equivalent [c] satisfies the following formulae (1) and (2). formula (1): 10 mephr≤cross-linking point equivalent [a]≤25 mephr formula (2): 2≤(cross-linking point equivalent [a]−cross-linking retarder amine equivalent [c])/cross-linking agent amine equivalent [b]≤4
Claims7
An acrylic rubber composition comprising an acrylic rubber (A), a polyamine-based cross-linking agent (B), and a cross-linking retarder (C),
- wherein the acrylic rubber (A) contains at least one of an alkyl (meth)acrylate ester monomer unit and an alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylate ester monomer unit, and a carboxyl group-containing monomer unit,
- the content of the polyamine-based cross-linking agent (B) is 0.4 to 1.6 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic rubber (A),
- the content of the cross-linking retarder (C) is 0.4 to 1.5 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic rubber (A), and
- the relation among cross-linking point equivalent [a] (mephr), cross-linking agent amine equivalent [b] (mephr), and cross-linking retarder amine equivalent [c] (mephr) satisfies the following formulae (1) and (2):
