The present application relates, in part, to agents that bind CD20 and their use as therapeutic agents. The present application further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the CD20 binding agents and their use in the treatment of various diseases.

A chimeric protein comprising:
- (a) a CD20 targeting moiety comprising a single-domain antibody comprising three complementarity determining regions (CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3), wherein:
- (i) CDR1 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 42;
- (ii) CDR2 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 51;
- and
- (iii) CDR3 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 61;
- and
- (b) a modified signaling agent.
