Abstract

The present invention discloses an automatic wire feeding binding machine and a wire feeding control method based on an electrical signal. The automatic wire feeding binding machine comprises a wire feeding nozzle, a driving wire feeding wheel, a driven wire feeding wheel, a wire feeding motor, a processor, and a reel for providing a binding wire. The wire feeding motor is controlled by the processor to drive the driving wire feeding wheel to rotate. Conductive portions are provided on at least one of the driving wire feeding wheel and the driven wire feeding wheel and on the wire feeding nozzle. The automatic wire feeding binding machine is provided with a wire feeding control circuit. The wire feeding control circuit comprises a first input terminal, a second input terminal and a first output terminal, wherein the first output terminal is connected to the processor, and the short circuiting between the first input terminal and the second input terminal triggers the first output terminal to output a first electrical signal. The conductive portion of the wire feeding nozzle is connected to the first input terminal. The conductive portion of any one of the driving wire feeding wheel and the driven wire feeding wheel is connected to the second input terminal. The present invention can realize automatic wire feeding based on an electrical signal, thereby improving the efficiency and safety of wire feeding of the binding machine.
