Abstract

A cover structure of a vehicle air-conditioning device includes: a partition wall configured to separate an inside and outside of a vehicle cabin, in which a passenger rides, the partition wall having an opening portion in which a vehicle air-conditioning device is arranged, the vehicle air-conditioning device being provided across the inside and outside of the vehicle cabin; and a cover member configured to cover the opening portion and at least a part of the vehicle air-conditioning device provided outside the vehicle cabin. The cover structure further includes an attenuating member provided at an inner side of the cover member, the attenuating member being configured to attenuate sound, and the attenuating member is formed of a plurality of component members forming the attenuating member in a state in which the component members are assembled by being brought into contact with each other.
