Pultrusion-winding forming production line and pultrusion-winding forming method

Abstract

A pultrusion-winding forming production line is used for manufacturing a pultrusion-winding product. Along a forming forward direction of the pultrusion-winding product, the pultrusion-winding forming production line sequentially comprises a yarn laying device for placing a yarn; a winding forming device for winding the yarn; a forming device for curing the yarn impregnated with a resin glue into the pultrusion-winding product; a pulling device for providing a pulling force; and a cutting device for cutting the pultrusion-winding product. The winding forming device comprises a frame; and a glue impregnating device, a core mold fixing device and a winding device which are sequentially arranged along the forming forward direction of the pultrusion-winding product. The frame comprises a first frame and a second frame, the core mold fixing device is arranged on the first frame, the winding device is vertically arranged on the second frame, and the first frame and the second frame are separately arranged. The cutting device comprises a base, a traveling mechanism, and a cutting mechanism, the traveling mechanism comprises a bottom plate and a clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism is configured for clamping the pultrusion-winding product, so that the traveling mechanism moves synchronously with the pultrusion-winding product.
