Abstract
A protein degradation targeting chimera compound, a composition thereof, and use thereof. The structure of the compound is represented by the following formula (I). The described compound has an X-ray response effect and can solve the problems of systemic toxicity and poor efficacy in tumor treatment after administration of an existing PROTACs drug system.

A compound shown in formula (I) or an isomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or deuteride thereof:
- wherein POI is selected from any target protein ligand of interest;
- E3 ligand is an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand;
- linker is a functional group linking the target protein ligand and the E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand;
- and X is any functional molecule responsive to irradiation.
