Abstract
A personal care composition comprises: (a) a volatile alkane mixture comprising about 10% to about 90% by weight of linear alkanes having 9 to 18 carbon atoms and about 10% to about 90% by weight of branched alkanes having 10 to 14 carbon atoms relative to the total weight of the alkane mixture; and (b) one or more non-volatile resins selected from the group consisting of a silicone resin, a hydrocarbon resin, an organic resin, a fluorinated resin, and combinations thereof.

A personal care composition comprising (a) a volatile alkane mixture comprising about 10% to about 90% by weight of linear alkanes having 9 to 18 carbon atoms and about 10% to about 90% by weight of branched alkanes having 10 to 14 carbon atoms relative to the total weight of the alkane mixture;
- and (b) one or more non-volatile resins selected from the group consisting of a silicone resin, a hydrocarbon resin, an organic resin, a fluorinated resin, and combinations thereof.
