Abstract
Systems and methods directed to handheld respiratory diagnostics, trainings, and therapy are disclosed. More specifically, a device that collects data associated with a user’s breathing using sensors, analyzes that data to determine time series readings of one or more health-related vitals, and generates trainings and therapies to assist the user in real time is described.

A system, comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- one or more processors coupled to the memory and configured to:
- receive measures of exhaled carbon dioxide levels of a user based on data captured by a hardware sensor;
- determine a health state of the user based on the measures of exhaled carbon dioxide levels;
- track progress of the user with respect to a respiratory training program based on the health state determined based on the measures of exhaled carbon dioxide levels;
- and
- provide feedback based at least in part on the tracked progress with respect to the respiratory training program.

- determining a health state of the user based on the measures of exhaled carbon dioxide levels;
- tracking, using one or more processors, progress of the user with respect to a respiratory training program based on the health state determined based on the measures of exhaled carbon dioxide levels;
- and
- providing feedback based at least in part on the tracked progress with respect to the respiratory training program.
