Abstract
An air-conditioned bench includes: a seat bottom portion including a first plurality of perforations fluidly connecting an interior of the bench to an exterior of the bench; a back support wall comprising a second plurality of perforations fluidly connecting the interior of the bench to the exterior of the bench; and a fan directing air from the interior of the bench to each of the first plurality of perforations and the second plurality of perforations.

A climate-controlled bench comprising:
- a substantially hollow shell forming an outer structure of the bench, the substantially hollow shell comprising at least one air inlet disposed therethrough;
- an HVAC unit fluidly coupled to an interior of the bench, the HVAC unit providing heated, cooled, and/or ambient air to the interior of the bench;
- and
- a diffusor manifold comprising a diffusor through which air flows from the interior of the bench to an exterior of the bench, the diffusor manifold fluidly coupled to the interior of the bench,
- wherein the substantially hollow shell forms a fluid duct to the diffusor manifold.
