A method comprising:

• generating a compliance initiative for an entity, wherein the compliance initiative is configured to implement one or more changes of a third-party computing system for the entity;
• determining, based on a requirements framework, control actions for the compliance initiative;
• determining, based on the control actions, gap rules associated with the compliance initiative;
• linking one or more data objects to the compliance initiative;
• and
• determining compliance for the entity based on the one or more data objects, the control actions, and the gap rules.

A method comprising:

• generating a compliance initiative for an entity, wherein the compliance initiative is configured to implement one or more changes of a third-party computing system for the entity;
• determining a requirements framework for the compliance initiative;
• determining, based on the requirements framework, control actions for the compliance initiative;
• determining, based on the control actions, gap rules associated with the compliance initiative;
• receiving a selection of one or more data objects;
• linking the one or more data objects to the compliance initiative;
• and
• determining compliance for the entity based on the one or more data objects, the control actions, and the gap rules.
