Communication method, device, and communication system

A proxy server, wherein the proxy server comprises:

• a transceiver, configured to send and receive a radio signal;
• a memory, configured to store computer program instructions;
• and
• a processor, configured to execute the computer program instructions to cause the proxy server to:
• receive first information from a terminal device, wherein the first information indicates the proxy server to enable a message proxy service;
• receive a first application message from an application server, and obtain a type of the first application message;
• and
• cache the first application message when the first application message is of a first type, and send the first application message to the terminal device when a first condition is met;
• or
• forward the first application message to the terminal device when the first application message is of a second type.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer program instructions, and when the computer program instructions are executed by a processing circuit, the processing circuit is caused to:

• receive first information from a terminal device, wherein the first information indicates a proxy server to enable a message proxy service;
• receive a first application message from an application server, and obtain a type of the first application message;
• and
• cache the first application message when the first application message is of a first type, and send the first application message to the terminal device when a first condition is met;
• or
• forward the first application message to the terminal device when the first application message is of a second type.
