Abstract
A golf course autonomous mobile robot (AMR) includes a chassis, a primary driver, a plurality of tractive elements, one or more attachments, and a control system. At least one of the plurality of tractive elements is driven by the primary driver. The control system is configured to detect a respective attachment of the one or more attachments and implement a task in accordance with the respective attachment.

An golf course autonomous mobile robot (AMR) comprising:
- a chassis;
- a primary driver;
- a plurality of tractive elements, at least one of the plurality of tractive elements driven by the primary driver;
- one or more attachments;
- and
- a control system configured to:
- detect a respective attachment of the one or more attachments;
- and
- implement a task in accordance with the respective attachment.
An autonomous robot comprising:
- a chassis;
- a primary driver;
- a plurality of tractive elements, at least one of the plurality of tractive elements driven by the primary driver;
- a user interface;
- one or more attachments;
- and
- a control system configured to:
- detect a respective attachment of the one or more attachments;
- provide task options to the user interface based on the respective attachment;
- receive an input from the user interface;
- and
- implement a task in accordance with the respective attachment, the task based on the input;
- wherein the respective attachment includes one or more of a course mapping attachment, a bed attachment, a vending unit attachment, a sprayer attachment, a rake attachment, a ball picker attachment, a rider platform attachment, a bunker maintenance module attachment, a waste collection attachment, a digger attachment, or a dew sweeper attachment.
An autonomous mobile robot (AMR) system comprising:
- an AMR including:
- a chassis;
- a primary driver;
- and
- a plurality of tractive elements, at least one of the plurality of tractive elements driven by the primary driver;
- one or more attachments;
- and
- one or more processing circuits configured to:
- detect a respective attachment of the one or more attachments;
- generate an operating range in accordance with the respective attachment, the operating range including one or more of a speed, an acceleration, a grade climbing capability, or a turn radius;
- and
- implement a task in accordance with the attachment;
- wherein the one or more processing circuits include at least one of (a) a first processing circuit located on the AMR or (b) a second processing circuit located remote from the AMR.
