Abstract
The present invention provides an optical sheet having high light transmittance and light diffusion properties, and improved handling properties. An optical sheet according to one aspect of the present invention has a base layer containing polyester as a main component, wherein the base layer has a first convex part on at least one surface, and a value obtained by multiplying an aspect ratio of the first convex part by 1,000 is less than 15. In a preferable aspect, a ratio SRz/SRa of a ten-point average roughness SRz to an average roughness SRa on the one surface is 17 or more and 45 or less.
Claims17
An optical sheet, comprising:
- a base layer containing a polyester as a main component,
- wherein the base layer has a first convex part on at least one surface, and a value obtained by multiplying an aspect ratio of the first convex part by 1,000 is less than 15.
A method for manufacturing an optical sheet, comprising:
- a step of crushing a molded product containing a polyester as a main component;
- a step of forming pellets by extrusion molding using crushed pieces obtained in the step of crushing;
- and
- a step of forming a base layer using the pellets.
