The present invention provides a biosensor for measuring the oxygen partial pressure, and a preparation method therefor. The biosensor comprises an electrode system and an insulating layer; the electrode system at least comprises a working electrode and a counter electrode; the working electrode is covered with an electrolyte layer; the electrolyte layer is covered with an oxygen permeable membrane; the oxygen permeable membrane or the insulating layer comprises an ether-containing organic polymer. According to the present invention, by using the oxygen permeable membrane or the insulating layer with an ether-containing organic polymer, the electrode slope can be remarkably increased, and the precision of a biosensor is improved.
A biosensor for measuring oxygen partial pressure, comprising an electrode system, an insulating layer, a calibration solution fill port, and a sample solution fill port, wherein the electrode system comprises at least one working electrode and one counter electrode, the working electrode is covered with an electrolyte layer, and the electrolyte layer is covered with an oxygen permeable membrane, characterized in that the oxygen permeable membrane or the insulating layer comprises an ether-containing organic polymer.
