Abstract
A measuring apparatus includes an illuminator a light receiver, and circuitry. The illuminator emits light to an object to be measured. The light receiver receives reflection light reflected from the object illuminated by the light emitted from the illuminator; and generates image data based on the reflection light. The circuitry generates multiple color-separated images, each having corresponding amount of noise, based on the image data generated by the light receiver; and repeatedly performs a smoothing process on each of the multiple color-separated images a number of times according to the corresponding amount of noise.
Claims10
A measuring apparatus comprising:
- an illuminator to emit light to an object to be measured;
- and
- a light receiver to:
- receive reflection light reflected from the object illuminated by the light emitted from the illuminator;
- and
- generate image data based on the reflection light;
- and
- circuitry configured to:
- generate multiple color-separated images, each having corresponding amount of noise, based on the image data generated by the light receiver;
- and
- repeatedly perform a smoothing process on each of the multiple color-separated images a number of times according to the corresponding amount of noise.
A measuring method executed by a measuring apparatus comprising:
- emitting light to an object to be measured;
- receiving reflection light reflected from the object illuminated by the light emitted in the emitting;
- generating image data based on the reflection light;
- generating multiple color-separated images, each having corresponding amount of noise, based on the image data generated in the generating;
- and
- repeatedly performing a smoothing process on each of the multiple color-separated images generated, a number of times according to the corresponding amount of noise.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform a method including:
- emitting light to an object to be measured;
- receiving reflection light reflected from the object illuminated by the light emitted in the emitting;
- generating image data based on the reflection light;
- generating multiple color-separated images, each having corresponding amount of noise, based on the image data generated in the generating;
- and
- repeatedly performing a smoothing process on each of the multiple color-separated images generated, a number of times according to the corresponding amount of noise.
