Abstract
A tire remaining durability prediction apparatus comprises: a data acquisition unit configured to acquire running data of a vehicle on which a tire is mounted or external force data of an external force acting on the tire; a deterioration history data calculator configured to calculate deterioration history data including at least one of temperature history data, strain history data, or oxygen concentration history data for at least one part of a base tire portion of the tire, based on the running data or the external force data; and a durability predictor configured to output remaining durability of the tire based on the deterioration history data for the at least one part of the base tire portion.
Claims14
A tire remaining durability prediction apparatus comprising:
- a data acquisition unit configured to acquire running data of a vehicle on which a tire is mounted or external force data of an external force acting on the tire;
- a deterioration history data calculator configured to calculate deterioration history data including at least one of temperature history data, strain history data, or oxygen concentration history data for at least one part of a base tire portion of the tire, based on the running data or the external force data;
- and
- a durability predictor configured to output remaining durability of the tire based on the deterioration history data for the at least one part of the base tire portion.
A tire remaining durability prediction method executed by one or more computers, the tire remaining durability prediction method comprising:
- acquiring running data of a vehicle on which a tire is mounted or external force data of an external force acting on the tire;
- calculating deterioration history data including at least one of temperature history data, strain history data, or oxygen concentration history data for at least one part of a base tire portion of the tire, based on the running data or the external force data;
- and
- outputting remaining durability of the tire based on the deterioration history data for the at least one part of the base tire portion.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program for causing one or more computers to execute operations, the operations comprising:
- acquiring running data of a vehicle on which a tire is mounted or external force data of an external force acting on the tire;
- calculating deterioration history data including at least one of temperature history data, strain history data, or oxygen concentration history data for at least one part of a base tire portion of the tire, based on the running data or the external force data;
- and
- outputting remaining durability of the tire based on the deterioration history data for the at least one part of the base tire portion.
