Dry-wet combined heat exchange device

A dry-wet combined heat exchange device, comprising a rack, a plate-shaped dry heat exchanger and a plate-shaped wet heat exchanger, wherein

• a placement chamber is formed inside the rack;
• a first ventilation opening is formed on and runs through a top of the placement chamber in a vertical direction, and a second ventilation opening is formed on and runs through one or more sides of the placement cavity in a horizontal direction;
• the plate-shaped dry heat exchanger is obliquely arranged in the placement chamber to divide the placement chamber into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, and has an upper plate surface facing the first ventilation opening, and a lower plate surface facing the second ventilation opening or at least one of the second ventilation openings;
• and
• the plate-shaped wet heat exchanger is arranged at the first ventilation opening and/or the second ventilation opening or at least one of the second ventilation openings, and extends in a transverse direction of the ventilation opening.
