Abstract
A non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a base metal steel sheet (10) and an insulating coating film (20) that is formed on the surface of the base metal steel sheet (10). The insulating coating film (20) contains a metal phosphate (201), and 5 to 35 parts by mass of an organic resin (202) per 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate (201). The organic resin (202) contains 5 parts by mass or more of an amino resin per 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate (201).
Claims17
A non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprising:
- a base metal steel sheet;
- and
- an insulating coating film formed on a surface of the base metal steel sheet,
- wherein the insulating coating film contains a metal phosphate and 5 to 35 parts by mass of an organic resin per 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate,
- wherein the organic resin contains 5 parts by mass or more of an amino resin per 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate.
