Abstract
A non-jamming stackable paper container, comprising a body (1), the body having a tapered tubular wall formed by an inclined and converging sidewall, wherein a bottom the body has a bearing support structure (4), which forms a stepped shape converging from a bottom edge of the body towards the center thereof, a limiting ring (5) is connected to an outer side of the bearing support structure, and the bearing support structure (4) and limiting ring (5) form a support portion. When a plurality of paper containers are stacked, the base (7) of the body of an upper paper container is stacked on the bearing support structure (4) of a lower paper container, and the support portion bears the upper paper container.
Claims7
A non-jamming stackable paper container, comprising a body and a base located below the body, the body having a tapered tubular wall formed by an inclined and converging sidewall, wherein a bottom of the body has a bearing support structure, which forms a stepped shape converging from a bottom edge of the body towards the center thereof, a limiting ring is connected to an outer side of the bearing support structure, and the bearing support structure and limiting ring form a support portion, when a plurality of paper containers are stacked, the base of the body of an upper paper container is stacked on the bearing support structure of a lower paper container, and the support portion bears the upper paper container, an outer layer is sleeved over and spaced apart from an outer side of the tapered tubular wall, and the outer layer and the body are connected by at least one layer of hot-melt adhesive such that the hot-melt adhesive forms a partition between the outer side of the tapered tubular wall and the outer layer, and the limiting ring connects the bearing support structure and the outer layer, so that the limiting ring, the bearing support structure and the outer layer form the support portion.
