Golf course autonomous mobile robot

An autonomous mobile robot (AMR) comprising:

• a chassis including a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the chassis having a top surface defining a curved profile between the first end and the second end;
• a tractive element coupled to the chassis;
• a drive motor coupled to the chassis and configured to drive the tractive element to propel the AMR;
• a pivot assembly coupled to the chassis along a bottom surface thereof and positioned substantially centered along the chassis between the first end and the second end, the pivot assembly defining an axis of rotation;
• and
• a bed supported by the pivot assembly such that the bed is pivotably coupled with the chassis about the axis of rotation, the bed pivotable with the pivot assembly from a first position to a second position to dump cargo supported by the bed;
• wherein the bed includes a bottom surface defining a curved profile shaped complementary to the curved profile of the top surface of the chassis.

An autonomous mobile robot (AMR) comprising:

• a chassis including a first end and a second end opposite the first end;
• a tractive element coupled to the chassis;
• a first motor coupled to the chassis and configured to drive the tractive element to propel the AMR;
• a pivot assembly coupled to the chassis and positioned substantially centered along the chassis between the first end and the second end, the pivot assembly defining an axis of rotation;
• a gear including first gear teeth;
• and
• a bed supported by the pivot assembly such that the bed is pivotably coupled with the chassis about the axis of rotation, the bed pivotable from a first position to a second position, the bed including a rack with second gear teeth along a bottom surface thereof;
• wherein the second gear teeth are configured to engage with the first gear teeth such that rotation of the gear causes the bed to pivot from the second position to the first position;
• and
• wherein the gear is driven by the first motor or a second motor independent of the first motor.
