The second tube includes a second inner circumferential surface. The second inner circumferential surface surrounds the outer circumferential surface. The second inner circumferential surface extends along the outer circumferential surface. The first supply portion supplies a carbon nanotube source material and chlorosulfonic acid to the inside of the first tube. The second supply portion supplies a coagulant liquid to the inside of the second tube. The first tube includes a first end. The first end is arranged inside the second tube.
