Abstract

Disclosed is a wearable resistance training device for providing various levels of resistance to muscles while performing one or more movements or exercises. The device comprises a glove configured for fitting securely around a hand of a user. The device also comprises a plurality of loop mechanisms attached throughout the surface of the glove, the plurality of loop mechanisms being configured to provide tension to an arm of the hand while performing one or more exercises. The device further comprises a plurality of anchoring elements attached within the glove for securely attaching the plurality of loop mechanisms with the surface of the glove.
