Pharmaceutical liquid administration device

A liquid medicine administration device comprising:

• a puncture structure that configured to puncture a skin of a living body and comprising a puncture needle for administering a liquid medicine;
• a housing that accommodates the puncture structure and has a bottom wall from which the puncture needle is configured to project;
• a cover member comprising:
• a needle cover configured to move with respect to the housing,
• a sliding member that faces the bottom wall portion of the housing and is configured to slide with respect to the housing, and
• a coupling portion that couples the needle cover to the sliding member,
• wherein a first groove is located in the cover member between the needle cover and the coupling portion, and a second groove is located in the cover member between the sliding member and the coupling portion, such that the cover member is bendable at the first groove and the second groove;
• an adhesive member that is fixed to the sliding member and has an adhesive surface configured to adhere to the skin of the living body, wherein:
• the needle cover is movable from a puncture permission position at which the puncture needle is permitted to puncture the skin to a shielding position at which a needle tip of the puncture needle is covered,
• the sliding member comprises a first lock portion that engages with a first engagement portion provided in the housing,
• in a state in which the needle cover is located at the puncture permission position, the sliding member is located at a pre-sliding position at which the sliding member is fixed to the housing by the first lock portion, and the sliding member restricts the needle cover from moving to the shielding position, and
• upon the housing being separated from the skin of the living body, the first engagement portion and the first lock portion are disengaged, so that the sliding member is movable to a post-sliding position and the needle cover is movable to the shielding position.

A liquid medicine administration device comprising:

• a puncture structure that configured to puncture a skin of a living body and comprising a puncture needle for administering a liquid medicine;
• a housing that accommodates the puncture structure and has a bottom wall from which the puncture needle is configured to project;
• a needle cover configured to move with respect to the housing;
• a sliding member that faces the bottom wall portion of the housing and is configured to slide with respect to the housing;
• and
• an adhesive member that is fixed to the needle cover and the sliding member and has an adhesive surface configured to adhere to the skin of the living body, wherein:
• the needle cover is movable from a puncture permission position at which the puncture needle is permitted to puncture the skin to a shielding position at which a needle tip of the puncture needle is covered,
• the needle cover and the sliding member formed as separate pieces that are coupled to each other via a portion of the adhesive member
• the sliding member comprises a first lock portion that engages with a first engagement portion provided in the housing,
• in a state in which the needle cover is located at the puncture permission position, the sliding member is located at a pre-sliding position at which the sliding member is fixed to the housing by the first lock portion, and the sliding member restricts the needle cover from moving to the shielding position, and
• upon the housing being separated from the skin of the living body, the first engagement portion and the first lock portion are disengaged, so that the sliding member is movable to a post-sliding position and the needle cover is movable to the shielding position.
